Once logged in, users have immediate access to their calendars. Just like in Microsoft Outlook, you can choose to view your appointments by Day, Work Week, Week or Month view.

Users can also access their shared group calendars and colleagues’ calendars just as easily as their personal calendar. OfficeCalendar security rights remain enforced so users will not be able to see, edit or delete any calendars that they are not authorized to do so. In the top screen, Justin is accessing Catherine's calendar in the Work Week view. In the bottom screen, Justin is accessing his own calendar in the Day view.
