then you will need to log into the Maintenance Support Center and create an online
support ticket. The Maintenance Support Center is only accessible to Free Trial
Maintenance & Upgrade Protection Plan subscribers. If you are
unsure whether or not you are a Maintenance Plan subscriber, you may create an online
support ticket and our support staff will notify you of your status.
